Key Responsibilities

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, lead follow-up, referrals, emails, and other prospecting activities Build and actively manage a pipeline of prospects, moving opportunities from initial contact through quoting, follow-up and closing. Consistently follow up with prospects, overcome objections, ask for the sale, and convert opportunities into new customers. Work with the team to identify sales opportunities, generate referrals, and maximize new-business production. Track prospecting activity, quotes, follow-ups, applications, and sales while maintaining accountability to established monthly production goals. Maintain compliance with office and regulatory procedures.

Qualifications

Competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented Comfortable making outbound calls and initiating conversations with prospective customers Confident asking for the sale and handling objections. Persistent and able to maintain consistent follow-up after hearing "no" or "not yet". Coachable and comfortable being held accountable to measurable sales goals. Experience: 3 years required
