Licensed Clinician

Position: Licensed Clinician (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCSW, or LCMHC) Location: Roxboro, NC Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Work Arrangement: In-Person / Hybrid / Fully Remote Salary: $50,000–$60,000+ annually (DOE, licensure, and work arrangement) Job Summary We are seeking a Licensed Clinician to provide behavioral health assessments, individual therapy, and group psychotherapy to adults, children, and families experiencing mental health and substance use disorders.

Qualifications

Required: Active North Carolina LCSWA, LCMHCA, LCSW, or LCMHC license. Preferred: LCAS or LCASA certification, or willingness to register for LCASA after hire. Experience providing individual and group psychotherapy. Experience with behavioral health, substance use disorders, and Medicaid populations preferred. Strong assessment, clinical documentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive behavioral health assessments. Provide individual and group psychotherapy. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Support clients in outpatient, community-based, and residential/halfway house settings. Collaborate with peer support specialists, prescribers, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain accurate clinical documentation and monitor treatment progress.
