Position Secret Windows Systems Administrator Company Bowhead Type 6 month contract to hire, you will convert perm after 6 months Location Hybrid in Dahlgren, VA (4 days onsite, 1 remote) Pay Rate $30-$41/hour ($80,000 conversion sal) REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of professional IT / Systems Administration experience
- Active Secret clearance and ability to obtain Top Secret clearance
- Active IAT Level II certification
- Strong Windows 11 administration and troubleshooting experience across hardware, software, and network issues
- Proficiency with ACAS and ability to complete DISA ACAS training
- Experience with Windows Active Directory, LAN/WAN environments, and Microsoft 365
- Experience with software installs, system upgrades, patching, and IAV remediation
- Working knowledge of STIGs, RMF, and DoD security/accreditation processes
- Experience supporting end-user hardware, including PCs, printers, scanners, and CACs
- Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing/change-management tools
- High School Diploma
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree
- Familiarity with Linux operating systems
- Experience working with an ISSO on system accreditation
