Work from home Full-time role Hiring

Role Description This is a part-time, remote Machine Learning Engineer role. The Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and evaluate machine learning models that support the organization’s service-driven initiatives, such as predicting patterns in user needs, optimizing resource allocation, and improving operational efficiency. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and preparing data sets, implementing and tuning algorithms, building and training neural network architectures, and performing statistical analyses to validate model performance. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders to translate organizational goals into technical requirements, documenting models and processes, and deploying ML solutions into production or prototype environments. The Machine Learning Engineer will also monitor model behavior, iterate on solutions based on feedback, and ensure ethical and responsible use of data.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Computer Science and Algorithms, with ability to design efficient, scalable solutions. Applied experience in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks for real-world problem solving. Solid understanding of Statistics for data analysis, model evaluation, and performance metrics. Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in machine learning (such as Python) and ML frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch). Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and working with structured and unstructured data. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage part-time hours effectively, and communicate clearly with a distributed team. Commitment to ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and respect for user privacy.
