Location: Remote. Los Angeles, CA preferred. About SENIQ SENIQ is a women’s technical outdoor brand bringing a fresh perspective to hike, climb, and ski. We combine technical performance with bold, feminine design to build gear that helps women feel confident on and off the mountain. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with a strong creative vision and the ability to bring it to life with a small, scrappy team. Someone who sees what SENIQ can become, knows how to get us there, and connects compelling brand storytelling with meaningful business results. The Role Working closely with the founders, you’ll help lead SENIQ into its next stage of growth. You’ll shape our marketing vision, identify our biggest opportunities, and turn ambitious ideas into focused plans that build brand awareness, acquire customers, deepen loyalty, and drive revenue. You’ll own strategy and execution across organic social, email/SMS, influencer and affiliate programs, community, partnerships, and website storytelling. You’ll also lead high-level performance marketing strategy alongside our freelance paid media partners, aligning budgets, campaigns, and creative with business goals. You’ll directly manage our Marketing Associate and coordinate freelance partners to bring that vision to life. That means setting clear priorities, developing strong briefs, giving thoughtful feedback, and helping a lean team focus on the work that will make the greatest impact. You’ll also roll up your sleeves to create content, write copy, or design assets when needed. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to build, take ownership, and see their work directly influence the trajectory of a growing brand. What You’ll Own Marketing Vision & Growth Strategy Develop a clear marketing vision that strengthens SENIQ’s position and supports ambitious growth goals. Identify the campaigns, channels, and opportunities with the greatest potential to grow awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue. Build an integrated marketing calendar across product launches, seasonal campaigns, retail milestones, and key shopping moments. Turn strategy into clear priorities, budgets, deliverables, and timelines that a small team can execute. Make thoughtful decisions about where to invest, what to test, and what to stop doing. Team Leadership & Creative Direction Manage and develop our Marketing Associate, giving them clear direction, actionable feedback, and room to grow. Lead creative development across social, ads, email, and other brand touchpoints, maintaining a distinctive and consistent SENIQ identity. Coordinate founders, freelancers, and external partners around shared goals and deadlines. Build practical workflows that help the team move quickly and produce strong work. Step in with hands-on copy, content, and design support when needed. Performance Marketing & Business Results Lead high-level paid marketing strategy with freelance partners, connecting channel plans and budget recommendations to business goals. Review performance, challenge assumptions, and guide testing across creative, messaging, and audiences. Translate performance insights into stronger creative briefs and decisions across the broader marketing mix. Hold partners accountable for clear reporting, proactive recommendations, and results; partners will execute day-to-day media buying and account management. Evaluate growth through revenue, customer acquisition costs, retention, and overall marketing efficiency. Content & Organic Social Build an organic social presence that makes SENIQ recognizable, relevant, and worth following. Own Instagram and TikTok strategy, guiding content planning, publishing, and community engagement. Develop original concepts that bring our products, founders, athletes, and community into the brand story. Direct shoots and content capture with a clear plan for how assets will work across channels. Turn relevant trends and cultural moments into ideas that feel authentic to SENIQ. Email, SMS & Retention Lead email and SMS strategy to grow revenue, repeat purchases, and customer loyalty. Own the calendar, messaging, segmentation, and testing, with design execution supported by the Marketing Associate. Improve automated customer journeys, including welcome, abandoned cart, and post-purchase flows. Grow engaged subscriber lists and use customer insights to make communications more relevant. Influencer, Affiliate & Community Build creator and athlete relationships that expand our reach and strengthen brand credibility. Manage gifting, outreach, deliverables, and follow-ups with clear goals and measurable outcomes. Grow affiliate and ambassador programs that generate compelling content, new customers, and sales. Bring our community into the brand through storytelling, reviews, events, and activations. Partnerships, PR & Retail Support Identify and execute partnerships that introduce SENIQ to new audiences and support business growth. Coordinate press opportunities, samples, and outreach with founders or PR partners. Help wholesale partners tell the SENIQ story through launch assets, campaigns, and coordinated marketing. Website, Measurement & Budget Ownership Align website storytelling and campaign content with product priorities and the customer journey. Coordinate updates with ecommerce or development support to improve the path from discovery to purchase. Manage marketing budgets and resources with a clear view of expected impact. Deliver a concise monthly recap of activity, results, learnings, and recommended next steps. Use results to continually sharpen the plan and focus the team’s effort. What You Bring 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally helping a growing fashion, outdoor, activewear, or lifestyle brand scale. A track record of turning creative ideas into measurable business growth. Strong brand instincts and the commercial judgment to connect storytelling with sales. Experience leading multiple channels, managing a direct report, and directing freelance partners. The ability to set a vision, prioritize the work, and personally help execute it. Experience guiding paid media partners and using performance data to inform budgets, creative, and strategy. Strong copywriting skills, visual judgment, and comfort creating content and assets when needed. Familiarity with Klaviyo, Shopify, social content tools, and Adobe Creative Suite or Canva. Resourcefulness, strong follow-through, and the ability to make progress with a lean team and budget. An interest in the outdoors and in building a brand that puts women at the center. To Apply Please share your resume, a brief introduction, and examples of marketing work you’ve led. We’d love to understand the vision, what you personally owned, how you brought it to life with your team, and the business results it delivered.
