Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of medical coding experience, with a focus on outpatient professional fee coding and auditing.
- Direct experience conducting or managing audits in academic medical centers.
- Strong knowledge of medical coding guidelines, compliance requirements, and audit methodologies.
- Proven ability to identify coding errors and provide actionable recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with audit program management preferred.
