Network Engineer I

Remote Full-time Now Hiring

We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role

Execute network operations including configuration and analysis of customer circuits.
Perform real-time circuit redesign to restore connectivity during outages and maintenance.
Work with internal and external customers to ensure maximum network availability.
Proactively monitor network alarms across platform-specific network management tools.
Perform various change management tasks, including hardware replacement and software configurations.
Document outages, degradations, isolations, escalations, and resolutions using incident management applications.

What You'll Need

Bachelor's degree and less than 2+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent.
DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification (Security+ CE or equivalent).
Ability to work in a 24x7 shift work environment.
General understanding of both Transport and IP network topologies.
Active DoD Top Secret security clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) eligibility.
