Position Overview We are seeking service-focused and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as a Customer Support Cruise Specialist. This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. No prior cruise experience is required. Training and support are provided.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with exploring cruise options, itineraries, and onboard experiences Support the booking and confirmation process for cruise reservations Respond to customer questions regarding destinations, cruise lines, and travel requirements Review reservation details to ensure accuracy, including dates and traveler information Maintain organized records of client bookings and communications Provide timely follow-up and support before and after travel

Qualifications
