Pet Travel Sales Consultant (Remote) Pet Travel Solution About the role Pet Travel Solution helps families move their pets safely around the country and the world. We're looking for a friendly, organized Pet Travel Sales Consultant to be the first point of contact for pet parents planning a move. You'll answer their questions, build their trust, and turn inquiries into booked relocations. This is a fully remote position. What you'll do Answer incoming calls, emails, and web inquiries from pet owners planning a move Make follow-up calls to prospective clients and keep leads moving toward booking Explain our services, timelines, and pet travel requirements in clear, friendly terms Gather each client's pet and travel details and pass them to our operations team Prepare and send quotes, and follow up until the client decides Keep accurate client notes and records using Microsoft Office tools Work closely with the operations team to make every client's handoff smooth What we're looking for Experience in pet travel or pet relocation (preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a warm, professional phone manner Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls Organized and self-motivated in a remote setting A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them Spanish speaking is a plus Details Fully remote Pay: $15/hour plus commission Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern
