Job DescriptionJob DescriptionCognitive is an IT and software engineering services company dedicated to elevating the quality, speed and delivery of today's US government healthcare programs.With a wealth of clinical expertise and hands-on experience, our team understands the significant challenges our government clients--and their customers--face every day.This real-world experience equips us to develop IT solutions that seamlessly connect all facets of healthcare delivery.At Cognitive, we're guiding government agencies to the forefront of technology innovation in healthcare delivery.Position Overview :We are looking for a Power Platform / Full Stack Developer who possesses a deep understanding of the Power Platform, specifically Power Pages, to design, develop, and implement business solutions.The ideal candidate will have a passion for problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to transform complex business requirements into efficient and user-friendly applications.Key Responsibilities :Develop Power Platform Applications, customized forms, custom workflows using Power Automate for SharePoint Online.Develop client side code for web applications using HTML5, jQuery, JavaScript Libraries, CSS, and other technologiesLeverage web services to access data from other systems Design, write, unit test, and document application code.Use in-depth understanding of the Power Platform to solve technical and business problemsRead and interpret documentation such as requirements definitions, User Stories, technical articles and procedure manualsWrite clear, concise reports, requirements definitions, User Stories, detailed design documents, and online correspondence with client etc.Provide critical thinking, problem solving, design, and most critically, attention to performance, scalability, reliability, availability at the system and component levelQualifications :Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years' of related software development expertiseStrong JavaScript and jQuery required, HTML, CSS, and Azure (IaaS experience)Experience crafting wireframe graphic designs into production Web Interface code3years of experience with Power Platform development; including writing customized code in Power AutomateExperience with API development and Rest Web ServicesUS Citizenship required with the ability to pass a government background checkWhy Join Us?Be part of a mission-driven organization making a difference in healthcare IT.Collaborate with innovative and passionate professionals that are there to support you at every turn.Enjoy a supportive work / life balance with the flexibility of a 100% remote company.Benefit from opportunities for growth and development in a dynamic environment..
