Project Lead

Project Manager The Project Manager with 6 or more years of experience performs advanced levels of project management work under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. Must be familiar with the Agile framework and possess strong project management skills. This individual will work with a wide range of team members, including senior leadership across the organization. Required: - 6+ years of experience leading products and projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations. - 6+ years of experience managing projects related to enterprise content management solutions. Preferred: - Familiarity with standard practices and procedures for leading public sector projects. - 3+ years of experience working with state agencies. - Experience managing and leading projects on Alfresco, including implementing enhancements and maintenance. Candidate Skills and Qualifications Minimum Requirements: Years Required/Preferred Experience - 6 Required Direct project management experience - 6 Required Experience with state budget and expense tracking - 3 Preferred Public sector experience - 3 Preferred Agile/Scrum team participation - 3 Preferred Familiarity with Alfresco Share customization and AMP packaging Note: Lumen and / or its clients will not provide equipment (Laptop, monitor, etc.) to the selected contractor. The contractor must have their own equipment. Access to a virtual desktop set up (software) will be provided by Lumen’s client, allowing the user access to the required systems and technology.
