Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementations of enterprise digital banking platforms across retail, consumer, small-business, and commercial banking environments. Manage delivery of online banking, mobile banking, business banking, and digital account-opening solutions. Coordinate integrations with core banking platforms, payment processors, treasury systems, and third-party financial services. Oversee implementation activities involving money movement, ACH, wire transfers, bill payment, real-time payments, and Zelle-type payment services. Manage business banking capabilities, including cash management, payment entitlements, user permissions, and treasury services. Drive implementation planning, requirements gathering, solution alignment, configuration, integration, UAT, deployment, and post-production support. Manage multiple implementation workstreams, project schedules, dependencies, risks, issues, and executive-level reporting. Serve as the primary client-facing delivery contact, coordinating business stakeholders, technical teams, product teams, and external vendors. Establish governance structures, delivery metrics, status reporting, escalation processes, and implementation controls. Ensure smooth transition from implementation to production support and ongoing operations.
Required Qualifications
Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager, Program Manager, or Delivery Manager within banking or financial services technology. Strong experience managing enterprise digital banking implementations. Experience with both consumer/retail digital banking and business/commercial banking platforms. Strong understanding of online banking, mobile banking, and digital account-opening platforms. Experience with banking integrations involving core banking systems, payment gateways, ACH, wires, bill payment, and money movement. Understanding of commercial banking capabilities, including cash management, treasury services, payment entitlements, and user administration. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent client implementations or large technology delivery portfolios. Excellent client-facing communication, executive stakeholder management, governance, and risk management skills. Strong Agile/Scrum and traditional project management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience implementing large-scale enterprise digital banking platforms serving multiple financial institutions. Experience with integrated consumer and commercial digital banking ecosystems. Familiarity with Profile, Systematics, or comparable core banking platforms. Experience with Zelle, ACH, wire transfers, bill payment, authentication, fraud prevention, and third-party banking integrations. Experience managing professional services or client implementation engagements for banking technology providers.
