Role Description This is a part-time, remote Psychiatrist role at MantraCare. The psychiatrist will provide virtual psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and ongoing treatment plans for individuals across diverse populations, including adolescents and adults, within the digital platform. Daily work includes conducting telehealth consultations, prescribing and managing medications as appropriate, collaborating with therapists and other care team members, and documenting encounters in accordance with clinical and regulatory standards. The psychiatrist will use MantraCare’s AI-supported tools for triage and monitoring, offering clinical oversight and adjusting treatment based on data-driven insights. The role also involves participating in case reviews, ensuring continuity of care, and contributing to best practices for mental health and chronic condition management in a virtual setting.

Qualifications

Strong foundation in Medicine and Psychiatry, with the ability to integrate clinical judgment with technology-enabled care. Demonstrated expertise in Psychiatric Care and Mental Health, including assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment planning. Experience or interest in Adolescent Psychiatry and broader Psychiatry across age groups. Active medical license to practice Psychiatry in relevant jurisdiction(s); board certification or board eligibility in Psychiatry preferred. Prior experience with telepsychiatry or virtual care platforms is highly beneficial. Commitment to ethical, patient-centered care; strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Comfort working in a data-driven, AI-supported environment and openness to innovative care models. Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage a structured part-time schedule.
