As a Purchasing Associate, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for all materials and supplies needed for our company. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to identify purchasing needs and develop procurement plans

- Monitor and analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Assist with budget planning and forecasting for purchasing needs
- Continuously evaluate and improve purchasing processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing or supply chain management
- Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with purchasing software is a plus
- Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
