Regional Sales Manager, Controlled Environments (SE)

Our extensive product line includes innovative and cost-saving solutions such as cleanroom wipes, industrial wipes, sticky mats, gloves, cleanroom apparel, static control products, FOD control products, and other supplies. Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager – Controlled Environments is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business, and expanding existing customer relationships within an assigned territory. This role focuses on providing specialized products and solutions to customers across cleanroom, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, electronics assembly, laboratory, industrial, aerospace, automotive, and compounding pharmacy industries. Location: While this role is technically remote, we would like the person to live in Charlotte, North Carolina as the territory is in the Southeast. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Increase sales opportunities by selling products to accounts within a designated territory. (Including developing relationships via cold-calling, networking, and other techniques.) Manage & grow existing territory (Southeastern region.). Determine customer needs & requirements as well as make recommendations. Ensure customer satisfaction & loyalty. Travel to customers & prospective customers. Provide a track record of sales performance and goal attainment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and/or B2B sales experience strongly preferred. Industry experience in: Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, Life Science, Electronic Manufacturing preferred Excellent prospecting and selling skills with the ability to achieve or surpass quota. An over achiever with a great work ethic Ability to work in a team environment. Career minded. Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to travel within outlined territory: (New England Region)
