Regional Vice President of Operations

Role Description The Regional Vice President of Operations oversees day-to-day operational performance across a defined region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and standards. This full-time remote role is responsible for leading regional teams, optimizing processes, and driving operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. The position includes monitoring P&L performance, setting and tracking key performance indicators, and implementing strategic plans to support growth and profitability. The Regional Vice President of Operations collaborates with cross-functional leaders on major initiatives, manages complex projects and change efforts, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role also focuses on developing talent, fostering an inclusive, high-performance culture, and providing clear communication to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

Strong Operations Management experience, including oversight of multi-site or regional operations and process improvement. Demonstrated P&L Management skills with a track record of meeting financial targets and optimizing resource allocation. Customer Service leadership capabilities, with a focus on service quality, retention, and issue resolution. Strategic Planning and execution skills, including the ability to translate organizational goals into actionable regional plans. Project Management experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives, timelines, and budgets. Proven leadership skills, including team development, coaching, and performance management in a diverse, distributed workforce. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with proficiency in using data and metrics to guide actions. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment at multiple levels. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Lean, Six Sigma) are beneficial. Experience working in a remote or geographically dispersed environment, with solid organizational and time-management skills.
