[Remote] Associate Principal Engineer - Senior Project Manager

Nagarro is hiring an Associate Principal Engineer - Senior Project Manager to lead project planning, execution, and delivery, including fixed-bid and public sector projects. The role manages budgets, timelines, resources, client relationships, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring compliance and driving process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Lead project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to meet fixed-bid and public sector objectives
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, developing and maintaining strong relationships
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication and task alignment
- Monitor project risks, issues, and changes, providing timely updates and mitigation strategies
- Conduct regular status meetings and deliver progress reports to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and government regulations in public sector projects
- Drive continuous process improvement and innovation in project management practices
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in project management, with proven expertise in project leadership and the application of project management methodologies
- Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing fixed-price / fixed-bid projects with full accountability for scope, budget, and delivery
- Strong experience leading end-to-end project planning, execution, and delivery aligned with PMP best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is required
- Experience managing complex project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and change management
- Ability to serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and reporting skills
- PMP certification preferred
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate degree is nice to have
- Experience delivering projects in public sector environments is a plus
- Exposure to account management and business development activities is desirable
