[Remote] BSA Alert Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Fulton Bank is a financial institution seeking a BSA Alert Analyst to support its transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance functions. The role reviews and evaluates alerts for potential violations involving BSA, AML, and OFAC requirements, escalates suspicious activity, and documents findings in accordance with established procedures.
Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate system-generated alerts and related customer account data, identify suspicious activity with regard to BSA, AML and OFAC regulatory and reporting guidelines, escalate suspicious activity for investigation
- Document all alerts and related activities as required in departmental systems, in accordance with established reporting processes and procedures, including review findings and rationale
- This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager
- Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates
- This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience. Specialty: Business or other applicable. (Required)
- 1 or more years Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AML) experience. (Required)
