Note: Qualified candidates must have 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience involving commercial leasing, acquisitions, or sales and dispositions. Active U.S. bar admission is required, with DC, Maryland, or Virginia admission preferred.

- Manage commercial real estate transactions involving leasing, acquisitions, and property sales.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial leases, purchase and sale agreements, and related legal documents.
- Guide clients through due diligence, title review, contract negotiations, and closings.
- Advise property owners, investors, and businesses on transactional legal matters.
- Independently manage transactions from initial negotiations through closing.
- Collaborate with clients and other professionals to deliver practical, efficient legal solutions.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive communication and sound legal judgment.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
- Experience in commercial leasing, real estate acquisitions, or dispositions.
- Active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills.
- Ability to independently handle commercial real estate matters.
- DC, Maryland, or Virginia Bar admission preferred.
- Law firm, in-house, and solo practitioner backgrounds welcome.
