The role involves tracking assignments, maintaining schedules and source files, coordinating with contributors, reviewing materials, and escalating unresolved issues.
Responsibilities
- Track content assignments from initial brief through review, approval, and scheduled publication
- Keep editorial schedules and ownership records accurate as deadlines or priorities change
- Review final materials for formatting, basic quality, and completeness against provided requirements
- Maintain organized source files, approved versions, and supporting documentation
- Coordinate routine updates with writers, reviewers, or other contributors
- Escalate unresolved feedback or incomplete inputs rather than publishing uncertain material
Skills
- Practical familiarity with Content Coordination, Editorial Calendar, and Documentation
- Consistent accuracy when working with Proofreading and CMS
- Clear written communication and disciplined documentation habits
- Ability to manage assigned work, deadlines, and follow-up without making unsupported assumptions
- Comfort coordinating remotely through shared systems and written communication
