[Remote] Customer Success Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Smarter Launch is hiring a Customer Success Manager to help pest control and home services customers get lasting value from its platform. The role manages customer relationships and account health, supports product adoption and renewals, and shares customer feedback with product and engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of customer accounts and build strong, lasting relationships with the owners and teams behind them
- Serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers get the most value out of Smarter Launch as their business grows
- Proactively check in with accounts, run account reviews, and identify opportunities for deeper product adoption
- Monitor account health, spot risks early, and take action to keep customers successful and renewing
- Work closely with our product and engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the user experience
- Help build out our Customer Success processes as the team grows
- Continuously learn and grow, professionally and with the company

- Experience in SaaS, account management, or other customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with the pest control or home services industry
- Previous experience working remotely
- Understanding of the Smarter Launch platform
