[Remote] Customer Support & Analytics- Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Penguin Random House, LLC is the world's largest general trade book publisher and a division of Bertelsmann AG. The company is seeking a Customer Support and Analytics Representative to provide phone and email support to internal and external contacts, resolve product-related inquiries, and apply analytical and Excel skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Our support representatives serve as the first point of phone and email contact for our internal and external contacts answering inquiries relating to a variety of product information and problem resolution
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills; ability to multi-task, work independently & be a self-starter
- Excellent PC skills that includes Microsoft Office suite
- Strong Excel skills
- Professional written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Some college preferred but not required
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- SAP and MARC experience preferred
