[Remote] Data SCE Cloud (GCP) Data Engineer

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AMISEQ is seeking a Data SCE Cloud (GCP) Data Engineer to support a customer migrating its data warehousing infrastructure and advanced analytics/Spark environments. The role will define requirements, architecture, and design for major platform systems while focusing on BigQuery storage management, BI Engine optimization, complex querying, and system administration.

Responsibilities

• Because the customer is currently porting over their entire data warehousing infrastructure and advanced analytics/Spark environments, we need expert assistance defining the comprehensive requirements, architecture, and design for both major platform systems
• We are looking for a candidate with a broad technical skill set, who also possesses the strong presentation and stakeholder management skills necessary to collaborate effectively with our principal engineering working group
• This role will focus heavily on all aspects of BigQuery, including storage management, BI Engine optimization, complex querying, and system administration
