[Remote] District Sales Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Cornerstone Building Brands is hiring a District Sales Manager for the Arizona market. The role supports its components division and is responsible for profitable territory growth and market development, including direct sales, market planning, customer relationships, and coordination with internal departments.

Responsibilities

• This teammate will report to the West Regional Manager and will be responsible for the profitable growth and market development of the territory
• Positioned within MBCI’s Commercial Roof & Wall segment, with direct sales to sub-contractors, general contractors & roofing contractors
• Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer’s business and the critical measures that drive each account
• Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient
• Ability to work with Operating Systems

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and maintain positive relationships with all CBB associates, customers, subsidiaries, agents and sales force
• Must be flexible to maximize business opportunities as they arise
• Must possess a minimum of 8 years of proven sales/marketing and/or sales management experience
• Experience in commercial construction and/or building materials
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities
• Strong understanding of Marketing, Finance, and Operations
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment is essential
• Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
• Pre-engineered metal buildings experience is preferred
