[Remote] Enterprise Account Manager (US Central)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Coder is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to grow its customer base for its AI development infrastructure platform. The role manages the full enterprise sales cycle, builds customer relationships, and helps large organizations understand the platform’s value.
Responsibilities
- Build and close a strong pipeline of enterprise accounts with large engineering organizations
- Generate qualified opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound leads
- Lead compelling demos that differentiate Coder, and communicate our value with clarity and conviction
- Collaborate with Sales Engineers to deliver a thorough technical evaluation
- Partner with decision-makers and technical stakeholders throughout the sales cycle
- Travel as needed to support deals and customer relationships
Skills
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales, 3+ years selling into Fortune 500 / Global 2000
- A record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals with long cycles and security/procurement reviews
- Fluency in DevOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes, cloud, platform engineering, and developer tools. Enough to run a credible first demo and talk with engineers as a peer
- Experience selling to technical buyers (engineering, platform, security leaders) and economic buyers
- Strong at outbound and pipeline building, not reliant on inbound
- Works well with Sales Engineers on technical evaluations and pilots
- Can build an ROI/risk business case and connect it to an executive initiative
- Consistently exceeds quota
- Has sold developer platforms, DevSecOps, CNCF/cloud-native, or infrastructure software
- Hands-on with AI coding tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.) and can talk credibly about where agentic development is heading
- Has sold into regulated industries (FS, public sector, healthcare) where compliance and data residency matter
- Open source experience, or comfort with product-led, community-driven adoption
- Technical background or engineering-adjacent career start
