[Remote] Global Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. SysTechCorp Inc is seeking an experienced Global Program Manager to lead strategic programs supporting the delivery of technology products and services. The role oversees end-to-end product introduction, drives cross-functional alignment across global teams, manages program execution, and ensures Go-To-Market readiness for product launches.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute program strategies using structured planning, Agile execution, and cross-functional leadership
- Define requirements, manage dependencies, and establish delivery plans across global teams
- Manage program scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and executive communications
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and ensure successful handoffs to Product, Engineering, and Implementation teams
- Drive Go-To-Market (GTM) readiness for product launches
- Ensure Sales, Technical, Support, and Training teams are prepared for day-one launch
- Manage horizontal dependencies across the Product Organization
- Provide executive-level visibility, reporting, and decision support
- Contribute to PMO process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills
- 10+ years of program management experience in the technology industry , with a focus on product development
- 5+ years supporting cross-functional, global teams with multi-region and international stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree required
- Experience with end-to-end product introduction and Go-To-Market program management
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and IT
- Strong risk, milestone, dependency, and scope management experience
- Executive-level communication and leadership reporting
- Hands-on Agile experience
- W2 Only — No C2C
- No Visa Restrictions
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence preferred
- Aha! experience is a plus
- MBA or advanced degree
- PMP or equivalent certification
- SAFe, CSM, or equivalent Agile certification
- Cloud platform or enterprise security/compliance experience
- Experience with Aha! roadmapping
- Experience working with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
