Responsibilities
- You convert the Firstier category story into meetings, pilots, and measurable pipeline movement
- You sharpen pricing, packaging, outbound narrative, and founder-led follow-up loops
- You help the company learn where the fastest path to ARR and pilot expansion actually sits
- You build the pipeline reporting that tells founders the truth — not the dashboard that flatters
- You run experiments fast: test, measure, kill or scale, document
Skills
- You are commercial and founder-comfortable — direct conversations, no layers, fast decisions
- You pair narrative quality with ruthless pipeline discipline
- You have run early-stage outbound and pilot motions in B2B SaaS or security
- You treat pricing and packaging as live experiments, not as documents
- You communicate precisely in English
- Additional markets are a plus
