[Remote] Guidewire Program Manager

The Guidewire Program Manager will lead large-scale Guidewire implementation and enterprise transformation programs, manage end-to-end delivery, and guide cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities

Skills
- 12+ years of overall IT experience with proven Program/Delivery Management experience
- Strong experience delivering Guidewire implementation or transformation programs
- Strong understanding of P&C Insurance and Policy Administration Systems (Guidewire PolicyCenter preferred)
- Experience leading cross-functional, globally distributed teams in an Agile environment
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience with enterprise data transformation or data engineering programs is a plus
