[Remote] Healthcare Product Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Junior Program Manager to support healthcare technology and product initiatives within its Mental Health & Wellness organization. The role coordinates across business, clinical, operational, and technical teams and supports product management, budgets, KPIs and outcomes, roadmaps, enhancements, and adoption involving Epic and other applications.
Responsibilities
- This person will work across business, clinical, operational, and technical teams to help manage products and technology initiatives involving Epic and other clinical/operational applications
- The role will focus heavily on product management, facilitating meetings and stakeholder conversations, managing budgets, tracking KPIs/outcomes, and supporting product roadmaps, enhancements, and adoption
Skills
- 3–5 years of Program Management, Project Management, or Product Management experience
- Product management experience, including managing initiatives, roadmaps, backlogs, enhancements, or product delivery
- Experience with budget management
- Strong meeting facilitation and stakeholder communication skills
- Healthcare IT experience
- Experience working with Epic
- Ability to coordinate across technical, operational, clinical, and business teams
- Strong organizational, risk management, and communication skills
- Epic Ambulatory experience
- Epic Cadence experience
- Experience supporting scheduling/access, revenue cycle, ambulatory, or clinical workflow initiatives
- Experience tracking KPIs, dashboards, or product performance metrics
- Experience with product discovery, user research/testing, or adoption
- Bachelor's degree
