[Remote] Lead/ Sr AWS Cloud Lambda Developer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Odyssey Information Services is seeking a hands-on Cloud Developer with strong AWS application development experience. The role focuses on developing cloud-native applications, Python APIs, Kafka-based integrations, and production-grade backend services while using Amazon Q and Terraform.
Responsibilities
- Develop cloud-native applications and backend services in AWS
- Design, build, and maintain APIs using Python
- Develop Kafka-based integrations and event-driven solutions
- Utilize Amazon Q in application development
- Use Terraform to support cloud application infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and enhance production applications
Skills
- Amazon Q – hands-on experience required
- Python API Development – strong experience designing and developing APIs specifically using Python
- Apache Kafka – experience developing event-driven applications, producers, and consumers
- Terraform – hands-on experience
- Strong AWS/cloud application development background
- Experience building production-grade backend applications and integrations
