[Remote] Learning Program Manager

The Judge Group is seeking a Learning Program Manager to oversee project execution for enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives. The role manages timelines, cross-functional workstreams, stakeholder communication, implementation planning, and learning program delivery while facilitating engaging learning experiences.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day project execution, including timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables
- Coordinate cross-functional workstreams to support enterprise-wide leadership development, facilitation, and digital fluency initiatives
- Track project progress, prepare status updates, and escalate issues to ensure work remains on schedule and aligned with business priorities
- Facilitate project meetings, document decisions, follow up on action items, and maintain clear communication with stakeholders
- Apply structured project management practices to support implementation planning, resource coordination, and successful program delivery
