[Remote] Marketing Coordinator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Vaco by Highspring is recruiting for an unnamed client seeking a Partner Marketing Coordinator. The role supports partner marketing initiatives by coordinating requests and campaigns, developing marketing content, and ensuring deliverables are accurate and on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing requests and projects from initial request through final approval
- Support email and digital marketing campaigns for external partners
- Write and edit copy for newsletters, emails, digital ads, print ads, and other marketing collateral
- Assist with the development of marketing materials, proposals, and presentations
- Support digital creative asset development and advertising operations
- Manage multiple projects, deadlines, approvals, and competing priorities
- Communicate with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving
- Review marketing materials for accuracy, consistency, and quality
- Collect data and assist with analyzing marketing results
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and create efficiencies
Skills
- 1+ year of marketing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of assignments
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate effectively with external partners
- Strong interest in partner marketing, digital marketing, campaign coordination, and content development
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines
