[Remote] Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Program Manager

Cordea Consulting is seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot Technical Program Manager to lead the planning, governance, pilot deployment, and enterprise rollout of Microsoft 365 Copilot. The role will assess technical readiness, manage pilot programs, develop business use cases, establish AI governance, and drive adoption and change management across administrative and operational departments.
Responsibilities
- Assess Microsoft 365 environment readiness
- Validate licensing requirements
- Review security and compliance controls
- Evaluate data governance and content permissions
- Partner with Infrastructure, Security, and Enterprise Applications teams
- Coordinate technical enablement of Microsoft 365 Copilot
- Stand up initial IT pilot group
- Define success metrics
- Identify early-adopter departments
- Measure adoption and ROI
- Document lessons learned
- Build phased rollout roadmap
- Complete Implementation
- Lead implementation of use cases such as:
- Meeting summarization
- Action item extraction
- Executive briefing preparation
- Email drafting and response assistance
- Policy and document search
- Knowledge management
- Administrative task automation
- Microsoft Teams productivity enhancements
- Outlook productivity workflows
- Establish AI governance framework
- Define acceptable use policies
- Develop security guardrails
- Create executive reporting dashboards
- Establish ongoing ownership model
- Develop training materials
- Lead workshops for operational leaders
- Build Copilot champions network
- Create department-specific use cases
- Track adoption and productivity metrics

- 5+ years Program Management experience
- 2+ years Microsoft AI/Copilot experience
- Led at least one enterprise Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation from planning through deployment
