[Remote] Network Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking an experienced Network Project Manager to support large-scale enterprise network initiatives across a global organization. The role will manage project plans and execution, coordinate engineering and business stakeholders, identify risks and dependencies, communicate status to leadership, and drive accountability across North America and APAC teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for enterprise network programs
- Coordinate activities across network engineering teams, managers, and key business stakeholders
- Drive project execution by identifying risks, dependencies, roadblocks, and mitigation strategies
- Create clear project status updates, including current state, future milestones, risks, timelines, and support required
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and cross-functional discussions across multiple teams
- Partner with regional network teams, supply chain groups, and other business units to ensure successful project delivery
- Maintain visibility into project progress and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Support global initiatives involving both North America and APAC teams
- Help enable engineering teams by removing obstacles and ensuring projects remain on track
- Drive accountability and execution without direct management responsibility
Skills
- 5-10 years of Project Management experience
- Experience leading large-scale enterprise projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and workstreams
- Proven success managing complex programs in fast-paced environments
- Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills
- Experience creating project plans, status reports, risk assessments, and executive communications
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
- Ability to influence teams and drive outcomes without direct authority
- Comfortable managing changing priorities and fluctuating workloads
- Network infrastructure project experience
- Experience partnering closely with network engineering teams
- Experience working within large enterprise organizations
- Agile project management experience
