[Remote] Senior Data Engineer
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CIS TECHNOLOGIES INC is seeking a Senior Exasol Data Engineer to build and support production data pipelines and analytics/data warehouse processes. The role focuses on high-volume batch and change-data pipelines, SQL development, ETL/ELT, performance optimization, and managing healthcare data including PHI/HIPAA information.
Responsibilities
- Build and support production data pipelines into Exasol
- Expert-level, set-based SQL including window functions, analytic functions and MERGE
- Build high-volume batch, incremental and change-data pipelines
- Experience with SQL Server → analytics/data warehouse pipelines
- Strong data warehouse/ETL/ELT experience
- Healthcare claims, eligibility, encounter or provider data experience
- Experience working with PHI/HIPAA data in production
- Production change management, deployment, rollback/restart and data integrity experience
- Strong performance optimization and troubleshooting skills
