[Remote] Operations Associate

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Nardis Advisors is a growing independent financial advisory firm seeking a permanently remote Operations Associate. The role owns operational workflows, client onboarding, CRM administration, project execution, process improvement, and leadership support while driving accountability and removing bottlenecks.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operational workflows and execution
• Oversee client onboarding and key service processes
• Manage CRM systems, tasks, and follow-through across all touchpoints
• Lead workflow management, tracking priorities and accountability
• Facilitate weekly team meetings with clear next steps
• Improve processes and systems for efficiency and scale
• Manage projects end-to-end with a focus on completion
• Proactively solve problems and remove bottlenecks
• Support leadership in executing firm-wide initiatives
• NO business development / sales

Skills

• 2 years financial services experience
• A doer who drives outcomes and follows through relentlessly
• Organized, detail-oriented, and highly accountable
• Intermediate knowledge of CRM, workflow design, doc management, video conferencing, MS products
• Comfortable managing priorities, projects, and people
• Clear, direct communicator who closes loops
• Proactive, practical problem-solver
• Motivated to grow into a broader operations leadership role
