[Remote] Operations Management Intern

The Operations Management Intern will collaborate with the founder on growth experiments, community building, outreach, content, project organization, and operational improvements to help launch and grow the startup.
Responsibilities
- User acquisition and growth experiments
- Reddit and Discord community building
- Campus and student organization outreach
- Partnerships and referral initiatives
- Launch campaigns and community engagement
- Social media content
- Brand messaging and positioning
- Content distribution
- Launch communications
- Helping organize projects and initiatives
- Improving simple workflows and internal processes
- Coordinating outreach and tracking ongoing efforts
- Supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed
