[Remote] Process Analyst
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. R1 RCM provides technology-driven solutions that improve the patient experience and financial performance of hospitals, health systems, and medical groups. The Process Analyst will translate AI strategy into execution plans, manage automation initiatives, analyze operational data, measure outcomes, and support process improvement and frontline adoption in healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational execution of AI automation initiatives and support project roadmaps
- Analyze historical data and existing operational standards to design and drive process automation strategies
- Measure and report the impact of automation initiatives, using data to identify efficiencies and improve workflows
- Partner with process improvement teams to support frontline adoption of automation solutions
- Facilitate team-level training and automation enablement activities
- Learn and leverage various technical tools and platforms to acquire, analyze, and interpret data
- Assess user feedback and develop actionable recommendations for process improvements
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
Skills
- Must be willing to travel up to 25%
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or similar analytics and reporting tools
- Working knowledge of operating systems, payer portals, and electronic health records (EHRs)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle back-end operations or an equivalent combination of education and experience
