[Remote] Product Manager/Product Owner
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. New York Technology Partners is hiring a Product Manager/Product Owner focused on digital, commercial banking, and payments products. The role leads product lifecycle activities, manages multiple features, and coordinates with cross-functional teams to deliver product value.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
- Product management experience with ability to manage multiple features at one time
- Digital Banking, Commercial Banking, Payments Product Management experience
- Understanding of Cross-functional aspects with respect to Digital Banking Platform - Onboarding, Entitlements, Alerts, User activity logs, Virtual Assistant, Global Search etc
- Familiarity with Agile development methodology
- Experience documenting requirements and use cases
- Experience in collaborating with sales, technology, operation, service, risk, compliance and legal teams and command strong influencing skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to motivate and drive tactical execution
- Digital / Commercial Banking Domain Expertise
- Product Delivery & Program Management (Agile and Waterfall)
- Jira Roadmap Management, PI Planning, and Cross-functional Stakeholder Management
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Creative problem solver, capable of developing innovative and differentiated solutions
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Analytical skills and demonstrates attention to detail in written documentation
