[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CloudIngest is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to lead complex Wealth Management initiatives and recover troubled programs. The role oversees multi-workstream delivery across business, technology, operations, compliance, and front-office stakeholders while applying Agile practices, governance, RAID management, and executive communication.
Responsibilities
- Oversee complex, multi‑workstream programs, ensuring alignment across business, technology, operations, compliance, and front‑office stakeholders
- Instill discipline, transparency, and velocity across delivery teams while maintaining strong governance and executive communication
- Turning red programs to green through structured recovery and leadership
- Coach teams and enforce Agile discipline
- Presenting to senior executives
- Managing multi‑vendor, onshore/offshore delivery models
Skills
- 10+ years of Program/Project Management experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Investment Advisory
- Proven track record of turning red programs to green through structured recovery and leadership
- Expert‑level Agile experience — Scrum, Kanban, SAFe; able to coach teams and enforce Agile discipline
- Strong understanding of Wealth Management domains: Advisory platforms Portfolio management Client onboarding Trading & settlements Compliance & suitability Financial planning tools
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives
- Strong RAID management, governance, and documentation skills
- Experience managing multi‑vendor, onshore/offshore delivery models
- Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments
