[Remote] Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. First Citizens Bank is seeking a Program Manager to lead and manage strategic programs across the Bank. The role oversees multiple projects, including scope, cost, staffing, performance, planning, risk, quality, compliance, reporting, business alignment, and stakeholder and vendor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Program Management - Develops, implements, and evaluates all aspects of assigned programs including sub-projects and related initiatives. Manages planning, schedule, resources, and risk. Ensures quality and compliance, implementing corrective action where necessary, to ensure cohesion between individual projects and the overall program. Communicates key performance indicators and program metrics to the appropriate parties
- Business Strategy - Collaborates with business units and senior executives to understand Bank needs, aligning the goals and purpose of projects to wider strategic objectives. Develops cases to outline and justify program-level initiatives in accordance with organizational planning
- Relationship Development - Develops influential relationships with vendors, business leaders, and other key stakeholders in support of program success. Oversees vendor selection, negotiations, issues resolution, and ongoing relationship management for assigned initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years' experience OR High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent and 12 years' experience in Project management or Program management
- Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Project management or Program management
- High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Project management or Program management
- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools
- Proven ability to drive alignment and influence stakeholders across functions, levels, and geographies without direct authority
- Preferred Licenses or Certifications:PgMP certification - IO;PMP certification - IO
- Minmum of 8 years of experience managing marketing programs
- Agency and/or financial services experience preferred
