[Remote] Program Manager

Bridgenext is a digital consulting services leader that helps clients innovate with intention and realize their digital aspirations through digital products, experiences, and solutions. The Program Manager will oversee large-scale digital transformation programs, managing delivery, budgets, risks, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with business goals and measurable outcomes. The role also establishes delivery frameworks, supports agile practices, and mentors teams delivering AI-enabled digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program delivery for multiple digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Manage program scope, timelines, budgets, and risks while driving accountability across teams
- Oversee multiple project managers, design, engineering, and strategy teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions
- Define KPIs and success metrics for program outcomes and track performance against goals
- Serve as the primary point of contact for executive stakeholders and client sponsors
- Facilitate workshops, steering committee and executive reporting to ensure transparency and trust
- Translate business needs into actionable delivery plans and ensure continuous client satisfaction
- Establish and optimize delivery frameworks, governance models, and agile best practices across projects
- Identify delivery risks early and proactively manage issue resolution
- Mentor project teams in agile and hybrid delivery methods to ensure consistency and scalability
- Coach, mentor, and guide delivery teams to foster collaboration, innovation, and professional growth
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 6+ years of experience in digital project or program management, ideally in consulting or agency environment
- Proven experience leading complex, multi-workstream digital transformation programs
- Strong knowledge of agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models
- Deep understanding of digital platforms, product design, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage large budgets and large distributed teams
- Expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams to deliver AI-enabled digital solutions, from concept through deployment, leveraging AI across the SDLC
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — capable of engaging executives, technical teams, and end-users alike
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
- Demonstrated leadership in driving digital transformation initiatives within enterprise or real estate contexts
- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature
- High standards of professionalism, consistently producing high quality results
- Demonstrate flexibility and openness to bring creative solutions to address issues
- Certifications such as PMP, PgMP, SAFe, OR CSM are a plus but not required
