[Remote] Project Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. IDR, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to support meaningful projects within a large healthcare organization. The role oversees project planning and execution across the full project life cycle, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and risks, and communicating with stakeholders while following Mayo Clinic project management standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets to meet project goals and deadlines
- Coordinate efforts across multiple teams, ensuring collaboration and alignment on project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status and results to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Ensure compliance with Mayo Clinic project management methodologies and standards
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Project Management supporting medium to large cross-functional initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Experience with Agile delivery practices and Jira
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Master's preferred
- PMP certification is preferred
