Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Info Way Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for their Tallahassee, FL location. The role involves managing large-scale projects, coordinating multiple teams, and ensuring successful project delivery within defined constraints.
Responsibilities
- Managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams
- Using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects
- Developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures
- Working cooperatively and successfully with public sector clients and their stakeholders
- Completing project deliverables within scope, schedule, cost and quality constraints
- Coordinating numerous project teams and effectively conducting the initiative to meet overall objectives
- Creating and presenting internal and external status reports
- Risk and Issue Management
- Meeting facilitation and documentation
Skills
- PMP Certification
- 10+ years experience in managing successful, large-scale projects that include multiple diverse teams
- 10+ years experience using Microsoft Project to track and maintain projects
- 10+ years experience developing and maintaining detailed project plans based on work breakdown structures
- 5+ years experience with Project Management Office methodologies and documentation
- 5+ years experience with meeting facilitation and documentation
- 5+ years experience creating and presenting internal and external status reports
- 5+ years with Risk and Issue Management
- Experience in working cooperatively and successfully with public sector clients and their stakeholders
- Experience in completing project deliverables within scope, schedule, cost and quality constraints
- Ability to coordinate numerous project teams and effectively conduct the initiative to meet overall objectives
- Strong communication and collaborative skills

- Proven experience in data architecture, integration, design and delivery
- Proven experience in designing data architectures for scalability and performance

- 5+ years experience in middleware technologies

- Proven knowledge and experience in data caching patterns and data access methodologies
- Advanced-level experience with SQL
- Experience with data integration methodologies
- In-depth knowledge of SQL Server technologies
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle technologies (9i, 10g, 11g, RAC)
- Demonstrable experience with data replication across database instances including standby and high availability databases
- Demonstrable experience designing/architecting databases
- Demonstrable experience working with Master Data Management tools
- Demonstrable experience working with development teams
- Demonstrable experience working with web services
