[Remote] Remote Sales Representative

Agent Integration Inc hires a Remote Sales Representative to consult virtually with individuals seeking permanent and portable coverage plans. The role involves explaining coverage options, tailoring plans to clients’ needs, and supporting client relationships and service.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the plans we offer
- Schedule virtual meetings with these individuals
- Customize new plans and adjust existing plans to fit the current needs of each client
- Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
- Perform reviews for existing clients, as well as help with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Provide attentive customer service and any necessary administrative support
- Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns
- Ensure that all documentation is accurate and complete, and perform any necessary updates on schedule
