[Remote] Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Zimmer Biomet is a medical technology company focused on enhancing patient mobility through innovative products and technologies. The Robotics Clinical Sr Sales Representative promotes and supports technology-centric product launches, educates surgical teams on the ROSA™ system, and helps onboard customer accounts. The role also provides clinical case support, supports technology upgrades, manages administrative duties, and promotes customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop account specific launch plan to enable locally sustainable support and use of new technologies
- Lead surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, staff, and administrators on the ROSA™ system and other technologies
- Partners with Technology Solutions Manager and Field Service technicians to onboard new accounts, including attend system installation, provide in-service to relevant facility staff, train local implant sales colleagues and provide clinical support during enabling technology cases
- Supports advanced technology upgrades as required
- Responsible for key administration duties
- Promote the highest levels of customer satisfaction through the timely response of customer inquiries, clear and effective communications, and professional appearances
- Follow all internal communication and documentation policies (QA)
- Attend annual trainings as required
Skills
- * Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- * Up to 75% travel
- * Proven track record of achieving strong results
- * Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or technical discipline preferred or a mix of education and experience considered
- * Minimum of 4 years of clinical sales experience or one year of orthopedic (joint replacement) sales or case coverage experience preferred
