[Remote] Service Quality Sr. Program Manager
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Avispa is recruiting a Service Quality Sr. Program Manager for an unnamed leading professional networking company. The role drives project management, communications, and operational excellence for global sales readiness programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management for global sales readiness programs, developing plans and timelines, owning milestone completion, and proactively identifying, communicating, and mitigating project risks
- Create and execute sales readiness communication plans and own the team's microsites, including type, branding, and keeping content current
- Build and publish a dashboard of program success, measuring and tracking progress, identifying misses, and creating plans to improve
- Provide coordination and logistical support for learning programs such as offsites, summits, and kick-offs
- Find opportunities for synergy and leverage across global sales readiness, and take ownership of broad tracks of work
Skills
- 6+ years of project management experience
- 6+ years of experience in a sales closing role, sales readiness, learning and development, or management consulting
- Bachelor's degree
- PMP certification
- An analytical approach to understanding the business impact of sales readiness programs
- Experience leading multiple projects and meeting deadlines with little supervision
- Strong executive presence, including the ability to set clear expectations and hold coworkers accountable for commitments
- Experience with an LMS and SharePoint
