The role supports campaign, client-service, content, communications, reporting, and digital marketing workflows by handling inquiries, documenting interactions, resolving routine issues, coordinating follow-up, and tracking service quality.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer or client inquiries relevant to campaign, client-service, content, communications, reporting, and digital marketing workflows through approved phone, email, chat, or ticketing channels in the Sales Support Representative role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising
• Review account, request, or service information carefully and document each interaction accurately for Harvest Advertising. This supports the Sales Support Representative role
• Resolve routine issues within documented procedures and escalate exceptions that require additional authority or specialist review. This supports the Sales Support Representative role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising
• Coordinate follow-up with internal teams so customers receive clear updates, next steps, and timely resolution. This supports the Sales Support Representative role. The work is completed for Harvest Advertising
• Track service quality, response commitments, and recurring issues to support dependable customer outcomes at Harvest Advertising

Skills

• Demonstrated ability to perform Sales Support Representative work, or closely related training/experience, with reliable accuracy and follow-through
• Comfort using common remote-work tools, web-based systems, spreadsheets, email, shared documents, and role-appropriate business software for Harvest Advertising
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document questions, decisions, status, and exceptions in the Sales Support Representative workflow
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines, repetitive tasks, or multiple priorities without losing record quality
• Authorization to work in the United States and the ability to maintain a reliable internet connection and suitable private workspace for this remote Sales Support Representative position
