[Remote] Salesforce Developer

Tenth Revolution Group is seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer specializing in Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB). The role focuses on designing, developing, and delivering scalable Quote-to-Cash solutions covering product configuration, pricing, subscription management, billing, revenue operations, integrations, testing, and production support.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and enhance solutions within Salesforce Revenue Cloud, RCA, and RCB
- Configure and customize Product Catalogs, Pricing Models, Quotes, Orders, Contracts, Subscriptions, and Billing processes
- Develop solutions supporting complex Quote-to-Cash (QTC) business requirements
- Implement advanced pricing strategies, discounting rules, and revenue management capabilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize revenue lifecycle processes
- Develop and maintain:
- Apex Classes & Triggers
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Batch Apex & Queueable Jobs
- REST/SOAP Integrations
- Build scalable and reusable Salesforce components following best practices
- Configure Flows, Approval Processes, Validation Rules, and Security Controls
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards
- Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and external systems
- Integrate Revenue Cloud with:
- ERP Platforms (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Finance Systems
- Billing Platforms
- Payment Gateways
- Leverage:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- Middleware Solutions (MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.)
- Ensure secure and scalable data exchange methods
- Participate in requirements gathering workshops and solution design sessions
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions
- Support Agile delivery practices including:
- Sprint Planning
- Backlog Grooming
- Daily Stand-ups
- Retrospectives
- Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Owners, and QA teams
- Develop unit tests and maintain high code coverage standards
- Support SIT, UAT, and Production deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend proactive improvements

- 5+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in:
