[Remote] Software Engineer

The role develops responsive digital experiences, integrates APIs and analytics, improves accessibility, SEO, and performance, and collaborates with cross-functional teams on data-informed features and experiments.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality marketing and e-commerce websites
- Build responsive interfaces that provide consistent experiences across devices and browsers
- Develop and implement features using modern JavaScript and related technologies
- Integrate APIs, analytics platforms, CMS systems, and marketing technologies
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, accessibility, and search engine visibility
- Troubleshoot technical issues and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with designers to translate concepts and designs into functional web experiences
- Work with marketing and strategy teams to understand business and customer requirements
- Develop and deploy data-informed experiments, features, and website improvements
- Analyze performance data to identify opportunities for increased traffic, leads, engagement, and revenue
- Maintain clean, scalable, and maintainable code
- Follow modern software engineering, web development, accessibility, and security best practices
Skills
- Professional experience in software engineering or web development
- Strong knowledge of modern JavaScript and front-end development practices
- Experience developing responsive and user-focused websites
- Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing technologies
- Experience integrating APIs and analytics tools
- Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work effectively with designers, marketers, strategists, and other stakeholders

- Ability to work independently and manage priorities in a remote environment
